Today, her OBM career fulfills her aspirations, providing meaningful and dependable work during the off seasons of politics.
Katie shares that her decision to transition from a VA to an OBM has allowed her to not only triple her hourly rate, enhancing her financial stability, but also gave her the freedom and flexibility to work during her most productive hours. Currently she works 5 hours a day, 4 days a week for her OBM clients. Her newfound freedom allows her to reserve Mondays exclusively for nurturing her own business growth and smoothly transitioning into the week ahead.
